Our Story
The DNA of Product Engineering
In 2003, a solution was born from a Product Engineer needing to solve the design, manufacturing and supply chain issues of producing advanced internet router chipsets.
The result was the development of a software architecture that could parse and map any type of data, from any machine or network source, regardless of protocol and format. This solution integrated data collection across all operations functions, aggregating and cataloging this data for real-time monitoring and alerts, predictive analysis, and outlier detection.
Intraratio Corporation was created in 2010 to commercialize this unique solution.
Initial factory deployments began with sites in the USA, Mexico and China, providing real-time data connectivity across the globe, with further expansion into Europe in later years.
In 2021, growth financing was provided by X2|Equity to support and fuel the expansion of our smart manufacturing software platform in core and new markets.
Our unique approach has proven itself to be prescient in this age of AI. By delivering the fundamental infrastructure of Industry 4.0, our broad set of smart manufacturing software solutions are enhanced by AI/ML based analytics for outlier detection and predictive maintenance for the most demanding manufacturing industries. Thus enabling true data decision automation.

Database Systems Engineer [closed]Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and deployment of single and multi-node hyper scale database applications
- Directly contribute to schema optimizations and performance tuning
- Deploy and manage application database instances in the cloud (AWS) and on client Linux infrastructure
- Engage and support technical sales teams, as well as customers to identify solutions to complex challenges
- Develop and maintain deployment automation and systems management scripts using bash, Python, etc.
- Contribute to and expand unit testing, implement bug fixes, and ensure conformance to internal software quality and release requirements
- Contribute to new feature design, including capture of requirements and functional validation plans
Qualifications
- BSc Computer Science or Computer Engineering (MSc preferred), with minimum 5 years proven database systems experience
- Experienced in deploying and managing MySQL/MariaDB databases, in async slave-master to multi-master high availability modes
- Familiarity with Galera cluster for MySQL/MariaDB
- Strong knowledge of critical database and server performance metrics
Working experience with monitoring tools such as SeveralNines Cluster Control and Percona PMM - Good scripting abilities in bash, Python, etc.
- Strong working experience with Linux and associated variants, including configuring and managing AWS Linux computing infrastructure
- Effective communication and self-management skills, and a strong team contributor

Senior Software Engineer - Development Lead [closed]
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of new and existing software applications, from front-end interfaces to back-end data processing, data storage, advanced analytics and reporting
- Participate in and help drive architecture design and development
- Deploy and manage application instances in the cloud (AWS) and on client Linux infrastructure
- Contribute to and guide expanded unit testing, track and manage bug fixes, and ensure conformance to internal software quality and release requirements
- Contribute to new feature design, including capture of requirements and functional validation plans
- Manage and mentor junior Software Engineers
- Engage and support technical sales teams, as well as customers to identify solutions to complex challenges
Qualifications
- BSc Computer Science or Computer Engineering (MSc preferred), with minimum 8 years proven software systems development experience
- Experience programming in Python, PHP, C#, C, JavaScript/ES6, CSS, HTML
- Experience using MySQL / MariaDB databases, and hyper scale tools such as Galera cluster
- Good working experience with Linux and associated variants
- Experience working with common frameworks and toolkits, ex. Bootstrap, JQuery, React, etc.
- Working knowledge of SOAP, REST, and other API technologies
- Experience configuring and managing AWS Linux computing infrastructure
- Experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage and deliver projects to schedule
- Use of Git based repositories to manage co-development and customer releases
- Effective communication and self-management skills, and a strong team contributor and leader
- Bonus: PLC programming, familiarity with M2M standards and protocols
